What is Monica Lewinsky doing now?

Lewinsky’s stardom exploded in 1999, when she decided to write a book regarding her affair with then-president Bill Clinton.

She appeared for an interview on ABC’s Barbara Walters on “20/20” that year.

The same year she launched her own handbag collection, and the following year began to appear in adverts for weight loss company which required her to lose almost 20kg.

She then moved to New York City and became a prominent of the social scene there as she was invited to many celebrity events.

Lewinsky later hosted a reality dating show on Fox called “Mr. Personality”.

In 2005, she Lewinsky decided to leave the public spotlight to pursue a master’s degree in psychology at the London School of Economics.

She was then absent from the public eye for years afterwards, reported Business Insider.

After she completed her studies in London, Lewinsky  wrote a piece in Vanity Fair about the Clinton affair.

She consequently started a campaign to combat the kind of cyberbullying she went through during the scandal.

Last year, Lewinsky played a major role in the #MeToo movement.

When did she work at Bill Clinton’s White House?

Lewinsky was an intern in the white House from 1995 until 1996.

In 1996, Lewinsky was transferred from the White House to the Pentagon because officials felt she was spending too much time around Clinton.
